We collect information through two primary channels:

  • Directly via our website: When you use our contact forms, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your inquiry.

3. Recruitment & CV Submissions (Ditto Jobs)

Please note that Profile Personnel utilises Ditto Jobs (a third-party recruitment platform) to manage job applications and CV submissions.

  • When you click to “Apply” or “Submit CV”, you will be redirected to the Ditto Jobs platform.

  • Information submitted on that platform is governed by both Profile Personnel’s internal data handling procedures and Ditto Jobs’ Privacy Policy.

  • We do not store your full CV file directly on our primary website server (www.profilepersonnel.co.za).

4. Purpose of Processing

We process your personal information to:

  • Respond to enquiries submitted via our contact forms.

  • Facilitate recruitment services via our partner platform, Ditto Jobs.

  • Analyse website traffic to improve our service offerings.

  • Protect our website from cyber threats and unauthorised access.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Contrary to previous versions of our policy, this website uses cookies to enhance user experience and assist with marketing:

  • Recruitment Data: As CVs are managed via Ditto Jobs, your data retention is subject to the active status of your profile on that platform. Profile Personnel periodically reviews our database and may de-identify or delete records that have been inactive for more than 5 years.

7. PAIA Manual

In accordance with the Promotion of Access to Information Act, Profile Personnel maintains a PAIA Manual. While not published directly on this page, the manual is available upon request to our information officer.
